We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at support@theoriginalprojectorco.com as soon as possible. We may be able to update or cancel your order.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

Not yet, but we’re planning to introduce gift cards soon. Stay tuned for updates on our website.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Australia (metro): 3–8 business days
  • Australia (regional/remote): 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $150 AUD.

Q: Can I track my order?

Absolutely! A tracking number and link will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, check with neighbours or your local post office first. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@theoriginalprojectorco.com and we’ll assist you.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a projector if I change my mind?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the projector is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are your responsibility.

Q: What if my projector arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us immediately at support@theoriginalprojectorco.com with photos or a video of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Warranty & Repairs

Q: How long is the warranty on your projectors?

All projectors come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Q: What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical or mechanical faults under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?

Email support@theoriginalprojectorco.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We’ll guide you through repair, replacement, or refund options.

Q: Do your projectors support 4K resolution?

Yes! All our projectors support true 4K resolution for high-quality visuals.

Q: Can I connect my projector to my smartphone or laptop?

Yes. Our projectors are compatible with most smartphones, laptops, gaming consoles, and streaming devices via HDMI or wireless connections.

Q: The projector isn’t turning on – what should I do?

  • Ensure the power cable is securely connected
  • Check the outlet or power source
  • Hold the power button for a few seconds

Q: How do I clean my projector?

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior. Do not use water or harsh chemicals. For lens cleaning, use a microfiber cloth to gently wipe the lens.
