We want you to love your purchase from The Original Projector Co. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make things right.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.

Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
To start a return, please contact us at support@theoriginalprojectorco.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective, damaged, or not as described, or

You received the wrong item
Send a clear photo or video of the issue to support@theoriginalprojectorco.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your projector for the same model, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-mind returns: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or faulty items: The Original Projector Co. covers the return shipping and will provide a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Used or damaged projectors not due to manufacturing faults

Missing accessories or packaging

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
