Warranty

At The Original Projector Co., we stand by the quality of our products. Every projector includes a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.


Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Electrical or mechanical faults under normal usage conditions

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the item,

  • Replace the item with a new or refurbished unit, or

  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement isn’t possible.


Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect

  • Liquid or power surge damage

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, dents)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications


Making a Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Email support@theoriginalprojectorco.com with your order number.

  2. Include photos or a short video showing the fault.

  3. Our support team will assess your claim and provide next steps.

If approved, The Original Projector Co. will cover return shipping for warranty claims.


Replacement Warranty

Replacement products are covered by the remaining warranty period of the original item or 30 days, whichever is longer.


Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
